What started as a loose idea for a mid-season break turned into five days of pure, enjoyable chaos in Whistler, Canada. Snow Pirates Co. owner Zach Jacobs pulled together a mix of Snow Pirates riders and some of his day-one homies from Atlanta for a trip that was part snowboarding mission, part full-on vacation — and it delivered on both fronts.

The crew was stacked: Will Gosh, Andy Rebne, and Kaleb Loper repping for the Pirates, joined by Zach's oldest friend Kendrick Arline, Stafford “Mud” Ross, Lamar Battle, and Khari Pressley . It was the perfect balance — riders and lifelong friends, all tossed together in one of the most iconic snowboard zones on the planet.

The trip just so happened to land on Australian Independence Day, which meant Whistler was going off. Zach, Andy, Will, and Kaleb found themselves taking what felt like five lifts deep into the backside, only to stumble into a full-blown locals-only mountain party — thousands of people off their boards, music blasting, drinks flowing, and the kind of scene you don’t plan, you just find.

In between the mayhem, there was still plenty of snowboarding. Kaleb and Zach kept the cameras rolling, capturing everything from slushy park laps to sidecountry lines and all the random moments in between. Kendrick and Andy got lost somewhere along the way, Lamar took a few solid spills trying to get his snow legs back, and everyone laughed the whole way through it.

It wasn’t about clips or coverage this time — it was about taking a breath, riding for fun, and remembering what brought us all together in the first place.

Whistler 2024 — beers, pot, boards, good people, and memories that’ll stick. All fucking time trip.
