Snow Pirates Co. is stoked to officially welcome Hunter Ventline and Will Gosh to the team — two riders who live and breathe snowboarding in every sense. Both bring unique styles, strong backgrounds on snow, and deep roots in the mountain communities that shape them.

Hunter Ventline hails from Michigan, but these days you’ll find him in Colorado, shaping features and keeping the stoke alive as part of the Keystone A51 Park Crew. Hunter’s got that Midwest edge — humble, hardworking, and always down to ride from first chair to last light (as long as there's beer). His background in park building gives him a different kind of perspective on snowboarding — he’s not just riding the features, he’s crafting them. Whether it’s dialing in a perfect rail line or sending side hits in the off hours, Hunter represents the spirit of snowboarders who put in the work because they love it.

Then there’s Will Gosh, who made the move from Virginia out to Salt Lake City, chasing bigger mountains and deeper snow. Will also works on the mountain, which means he’s out there every day — living it, breathing it, contributing to the spaces we all get to enjoy. His riding is smooth and creative, with that east coast grit that never really leaves you. Will’s the kind of rider who’s always down to link laps with friends, film a few clips, or lend a hand with an event — whatever builds community.

Both Hunter and Will represent what Snow Pirates is about: real riders supporting the scene from the ground up. Our mission has never been just about selling product — it’s about investing back into snowboarding through people like them. The ones who keep parks running, the locals who give their time to events, and the crews who make every day on the mountain better for everyone.

We’re proud to have Hunter and Will join the Snow Pirates family — not just as team riders, but as part of a growing community that values passion over hype, and contribution over clout.

Welcome aboard, guys.
