The long-awaited Frisco Railyard officially opened, and the Snow Pirates crew showed up ready to make it a day to remember. The new park setup at the Frisco Adventure Park has been the talk of Summit County—complete with a rope tow, a clean layout, and creative features built for everyone from first-time jibbers to seasoned riders.
Snow Pirates team riders Will Gosh, Cole Brantner, Shane Lynch, and Hunter Ventline wasted no time throwing hammers on every feature in sight. Locals and friends Tommy Lynch, Mitch Holtz, Kaiden Paulson, and Aaron Hoffman were right there in the mix, feeding off the energy. The sound of metal, cheers, and the constant whir of the rope tow filled the air—it felt like the community had found its new home base for progression.
The Frisco Railyard is exactly what this scene needed. Built and maintained by the town of Frisco’s Adventure Park crew, the setup includes rails, boxes, jumps, and that all-important tow rope to keep the laps flowing. No more hiking between hits—just pure flow and endless runs. Huge shoutout to Z-Griff, Haydn Dean, and other operators that made this possible.
Opening day was everything it should’ve been: local riders linking up, throwing down, and feeding off the stoke. The Snow Pirates team and friends showed what it means to support local scenes while keeping the spirit of snowboarding alive. The Railyard is open, the rope tow’s spinning, and it’s only just the beginning.
